For PayPal and Square payments, payment must be received 48 hours beforehand.
If payment is not received the same day as our appointment, you will be charged a $20 late fee.
48 HOUR Cancellation
Since the scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time specifically for you, a minimum of 48 hours (2 days) notice is required for re-scheduling or canceling an appointment. The full fee will be charged for sessions missed without such notification. There are no refunds for pre-paid sessions. Phone sessions may be offered in place of in person sessions when canceling for a non-serious but contagious illness.
